Other Names: Manchurian Eared-Pheasant

Subspecies: Monotypic

Range: Northeastern China

Habitat: Mountainous, mixed coniferous and decidous forests.

Status in Wild: Endangered. The rarest of the genus, the wild population suffers from overhunting and loss of habitat. Crossoptilon mantchuricum conservation status.
